Refund Policy
Refunds
All sales on materials are final and non-refundable. Other requests may be submitted for consideration in writing to katie@vidarecreative.com within 30 days of purchase. To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, please allow up to five (5) business days to process your refund request. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Fundraising Conference Registrations
If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the next event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person or request a refund. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
After submitting your refund request in writing by email to katie@vidarecreative.com, please allow up to five (5) business days to process your refund request. Refund requests made within sixty (60) days from the start of the event will not be processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank account or credit card company to see if it is processing or pending. Afterwards, if you still have not received your refund, please contact katie@vidarecreative.com.
